Booking Rules & Play Guidelines

Welcome to Kids Play World! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in any of our sessions or events.

1. General

Kids Play World provides mobile role play sessions for children aged 1–6 years. By booking or attending a session, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your space. Private party bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the date. 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions. Let me know at least 48 hours before your booked session if you are unable to attend and I will try and transfer your booking to another session. Transfers will only be given with 48 hours notice. Please make sure when booking that you are able to attend booked date and time as refunds will not be given.

Private parties can be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that Kids Play World cancels a session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 

4. Supervision and Safety

Parents/carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times during sessions. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+ years). While we strive to maintain a safe environment, Kids Play World is not liable for any injuries or accidents during the session. 

5. Health and Hygiene 

Please do not attend if your child or anyone in your household is unwell or has a contagious illness. Children who are unwell must not attend until 48 hours after their last symptoms. If a child becomes unwell during their session, they must leave immediately, this is to stop other children from catching any illness/virus.

Toileting and handwashing should be done before returning to the play area. Nappy changes and potty training must take place in the designated baby changing/toilet areas. Please dispose of nappies in the bins provided.

Please wipe or pick up any food debris that falls on the floor. Report spills to a member of staff promptly to help us maintain a clean environment.

We sanitize toys and equipment regularly and provide hand sanitizer at sessions.

Shoes, socks must be worn by all children and adults in the play area.

6. Photography and Media

Kids Play World may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use (e.g. social media). If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify me upon arrival. 

7. Liability

Kids Play World accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Participation in sessions is at your own risk.

8. Code of Conduct

I expect all visitors to treat staff and other attendees with respect. Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other guests (by adults or children) will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session. I am not responsible for personal belongings. Items are left at your own risk. Any damages, whether accidental or deliberate, must be reported to staff immediately. All accidents must be reported so we can assist.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the building. No Alcohol is permitted inside the building.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave if these rules are not followed.
